Building Blocks Kindergarten

Building Blocks is a long daycare centre for children six weeks to six years-old.

Building Blocks is licensed by the Department of Education and cares for a maximum of 32 children per day.

Building Blocks has three playrooms:

• Caterpillar Room (0-2 years old)
• Butterflies Room (2-3 years old) and
• The Cottage (3-6 years old)

We are a play-based learning program that values the importance of play in a child’s development. At Building Blocks, we believe that children learn best through experiences that are based on their interests and skill levels.

Our experienced Educators design these experiences, keeping in mind the unique needs of each child. We create a friendly and fun environment where children are encouraged to explore and learn at their own pace. Our goal is to promote your child’s own learning and help them build knowledge based on their previous experiences.

We value our Educators’ passion, experience, and emerging knowledge. They bring their own strengths and talents, creating a supportive and connected environment where your child can thrive. Our Educators are guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, which recognizes childhood as a time of belonging, being, and becoming.
