| At Building Blocks Childcare, our team is made up of caring, dedicated and qualified educators who are passionate about helping children learn, grow and thrive. We work closely with families to create a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and supported. We celebrate the unique strengths, cultures and experiences that each child and family brings to our community. We are committed to creating a culturally safe and respectful environment and acknowledge the histories, cultures and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Guided by our Educational Leader, educators take the time to get to know each child as an individual and plan meaningful learning experiences that reflect their interests, strengths, abilities and family backgrounds. Through ongoing reflection and collaboration, our team continually strives to provide the highest quality education and care. We are committed to ongoing professional learning and supporting our educators to further develop their knowledge and skills. All staff hold current Working with Children Checks, and all Responsible Persons hold approved First Aid, Emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications. We value the strong partnerships we build with families and look forward to being part of your child's early learning journey.

At Building Blocks Childcare, the safety, wellbeing and rights of every child are our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where children feel respected, protected and empowered to thrive.
Our service is guided by the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations, the Reportable Conduct Scheme, and all relevant child protection legislation. All educators hold a valid Working With Children Check, complete regular child protection training, and understand their responsibilities as mandatory reporters.
We are committed to fostering a culture where children's rights are upheld, their voices are valued, and their wellbeing is at the centre of everything we do.
